This series follows Molly Reese, who was plucked from the non-magickal community and inserted into the magickal by a coffee shop-owning mini-troll. Through her journey, she travels to three magickal schools on three islands off the coast of Trevid. At these three schools, she tries to figure out who she really is, solve the mystery behind the school system’s negligence, and learn how to live with the trauma of ghosts taking over her body.
